8. Professional Network Agreement

For professionals joining the Pool Checker network:

• You represent that you are a legitimate, established pool service professional.
• You agree not to use the network for unlawful purposes or to harass homeowners.
• Lead purchases are non-refundable once the customer information has been provided.
• You must comply with all applicable laws when contacting leads and performing services.
• Pool Checker reserves the right to remove professionals from the network for violations of these terms.

9. No Medical Advice

Pool Checker provides general pool maintenance and chemistry information for educational purposes only. We are not healthcare professionals. Information provided in the Service should not be construed as medical or professional advice. Always consult with qualified pool professionals for specific guidance on your pool.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Submit content that is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
